About the Chop-Shop
Chop Shop BBQ is a smoke-house themed restaurant, located in Idaho, focused on sourcing ingredients from local, sustainable farming. Primarily take-out based with limited dine-in and patio seating, Chop Shop BBQ is a green and eco-friendly concept basing take-out products from bio-degradable and compostable elements to help eliminate waste.
The focus of Chop Shop’s production is on classic barbecued meats and vegetables in addition to creative combinations and dishes. Various styles of barbecue are showcased along with other smoked dishes – taking barbecue up a notch with creative flavor profiles and ingredients.
